Mini Chapstick Holder

Materials:
Tiny amount worsted weight yarn
size F hook
yarn needle
one of those clip things to clip to belt loop

PATTERN:
1)ch 2, 10 sc in 2nd ch from hook
2)In BLO, sc around
3-5) sc around
6)ss in next st, ch 10, ss in same st,FO

Sew in the ends. Attach clip-thing to loop and you are good to go!

Orange Cell Phone Charm

Materials
Small amounts of worsted weight yarn in:
  • orange
  • green
  • black
Size F hook
Stuffing
Tapestry Needle
Scissors
*All of orange is worked right-side out. DO NOT JOIN ROUNDS!!!*
Instructions
ORANGE
Rnd 1) With orange, ch 2. 5 sc in 2nd ch from hook~5 sc
Rnd 2) 2 sc in each sc around~10 sc
Rnds 3-4) sc in each sc around~10 sc
STUFF
Rnd 5) sc dec around~5 sc
FO, weave in the ends.
LEAF
Row 1) With green, ch 4. Hdc in 2nd ch from hook. Dc in next, then treble crochet in the last ch. FO, leaving a 4″ tail for sewing.
ASSEMBLY
~With the 4″ tail, sew leaf to top of orange, (see picture for placement, if needed)
~With 12″ of black yarn, sew on eyes and mouth. With the rest of your yarn, pull up to top of head. Make a loop. As you come down, tie a knot (or 3) at the base of your loop. Pull the rest of the yarn through the top of the head, and out the bottom. Cut yarn.

Daisy Bookmark

Materials:
Small amount worsted weight yarn, or any yarn you like

Size I hook, or any hook you like
Scissors
Tapestry needle

Instructions:

1.)Chain 4, slip stitch to make a ring.
2.)Chain 6, sc into ring
3.)Repeat this step 4 more times
4.)Slip stitch into first chain of first petal to join
5.)Chain 35, Fasten off.

Weave in the ends.

Awesome Flower Choker

Materials:
Small amount of worsted weight cotton yarn (like Lily’s Sugar N’ Cream)
Size I hook
Scissors
Tapestry Needle

Instructions:
1.) Ch 4, slip stitch into first chain made
2.) chain 6, slip stitch into ring
3.) Repeat step 2. 4 more times
4.) Chain 20, and fasten off, leaving a 5” tail

1.) Leaving a 5” tail, chain 20, and slip stitch into the ring. There should be 3 petals above the straps, and2 below. Fasten off. Weave in the ends THAT ARE TOUCHING THE FLOWER.

Finally, tie the necklace around your neck. Because there is extra yarn, the necklace will fit about any neck.

Skinny Scarf/Belt


Materials
Small amount worsted weight yarn in color of your choice
Size F crochet hook
Tapestry Needle
Instructions
1) Chain as many as it takes to go around your waist, then add 24″ more of chains. Then chain 2.
2) Double crochet in 3rd chain from hook, and in each ch across. Fasten off, and weave in the ends.
Optional:
*Add fringe to each end of the scarf/belt.
*Use different fibers, such as fun fur, to customize your scarf/belt!

Party Girl

Materials
Worsted Weight yarn in:

Doll eyes (or you can embroider the eyes)

Dress
*The dress is crocheted onto the doll. This means that when doing the first sl st of round 1, you will have the chains AROUND THE DOLL’S CHEST.*
DRESS
1) Ch 15, sl st in 1st ch made. (15)
2) In BLO, sc around. (15)
3-8 ) sc in both loops around. (15)
9) *5 dc in next st, sl st in next st* around. (42)
Fasten off, weave in the ends.
STRAPS (Make 2)
(Join yarn in front of the dress where you want the strap to be)
1. Ch 6, sl st in st at back of dress. (6) Turn
2. In BLO, *2 hdc in 1st st, sl st in the next st* across. (9) Fasten off, weave in the ends.

Assembly
1) Embroider mouth, eyebrows, nose, and eyes if you are not using doll eyes
2) Sew on arms to doll.
3) Sew on legs to doll.
4) Decorate the dress with ribbons, puffy paint, embroidery, whatever you like!
5) Sew on hair, using pictures below as a guide.
*For the bun: add a little bit of stuffing in the bun. With a long piece of yarn in dress color, tie a tight knot at back of bun. Bring yarn to front of bun, cross the strings over each other, come to the back of the bun again and tie 2 more knots. Finally, tie a bow with the rest of the yarn and trim the ends so that they are both even.*
*Sewing to head: Have the 7 double crochets in the front of the head. These will act like bangs. The hair should be slanted, so that all of the front loops (from round 4 of the head) are covered. Stitch to head, and weave in the ends when done.

Materials List

TAIL

EARS (Make 2)
With pink, go into a stitch at top of head. Sl st, and then do 4 sc into that stitch. Fasten off, weave in the ends.

ASSEMBLY
1. Sew stomach onto body.
2. Sew feet to bottom of body, leaving the edge of foot sticking out.
3. Sew pea onto stomach.
4. Sew arms next to pea, so that it looks like your hamster is holding it.
5. Using puffy paint, make 2 small dots for eyes, and let them dry.

Make sure to stuff along the way! Leave 1-2” un-stuffed-this will be sewn to the body.

Assembly
Using the pictures as a guide, sew ears to head. Sew head to body. Add on arms and feet to appropriate areas. Looking at picture, sew tail to body.
SPECIAL TAIL NOTES: Sew the smallest amount of the top of the tail down, so it looks like it is curling down. Sew that part to the head w/ only one or two sts. The un-stuffed part will be sewn to bottom/back of body.

NOTE: You can make this squirrel any way you want!!! The ears could be made longer, tail bigger, eyes larger, ect. Feel free to be creative!

*If you think that the tail is too short, go ahead and make it longer! Decorate this baby any way you like!

Tail:

Collar:
With collar color, ch 15. Sc in 2nd ch from hook, and in each ch across. Fasten off, leaving a long tail for sewing.
Tag
Join tag color on the underside of the middle chain of collar. (About the 7th or 8th st) Ch 4, and sl st in same st. Fasten off, weave in the ends.
Assembly
1)Sew 2 legs onto front of dog, and 2 legs onto back of dog. Use pictures to help with placement.
2) Press ear flat, and sew up the opening. Sew ears on both sides of head, making sure the ‘pointy’ part of the ear is facing towards the dogs’ bottom. The ears should be a little bit tacked down, so they don’t look they are wings on his head.
3) Sew snout to front of puppy’s face, using pictures if needed. *When sewing on snout, every couple of sts, put needle between 2 sts at a time…kind of like decreasing. Then sew on his nose with black or dark brown yarn.
4) Sew tail to puppy’s bottom. The pointy end of the tail should be pointing towards the head.
5) Wrap collar around dog’s neck. Sew ends together.
6) Embroider on eyes, if not using doll eyes.
